SEATING POLICY
We strive to create a seamless dining experience for all of our guests. Please take a moment
to review the following seating policies:
**First Come, First Served**
All tables are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.
**Time Estimation**
The waitlist time provided is an estimate and not an exact. Our aim is to seat you as quickly
as possible, ideally before the suggested time. However, these estimates rely on human
judgment and may vary based on table availability. We encourage you to use your discretion
considering the day and time.
**One host per party**
We kindly request that each party designate a single host on the waitlist to prevent any
confusion, as we will be communicating exclusively with the host.
** Reservations **
Reservations are available during weekdays only, please call us at 469.559.3559 to inquire.
**Complete Party Requirement**
To help us seat you promptly, we request that your entire party be present before being
seated. If there is a waitlist, once your table is ready, a 10-minute grace period will be given
before it is offered to the next group on the list.
**Time Allotment for Dining**
During busy hours we reserve the table for 90 minutes to accommodate all guests fairly.
**Seating for Large Groups**
We have a limited number of tables available for larger parties. To help speed up your dining
experience, we recommend dividing larger groups into even-numbered pairs. For parties of
five or more, it’s best to avoid peak dining hours, as you may encounter delays if the
restaurant is busy or larger tables are occupied.
**Required Gratuity**
A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the bill for parties of 5 or more. While we will
do our best to seat larger parties at adjacent tables, please note that we cannot move
combine tables or alter our seating arrangement.
During busy times, a minimum table spend may be required for parties of 5 or more.
**Payment Policy**
We cannot accept the same card for multiple transactions.
**Cross-Contamination Notice**
Although we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
**Admittance and Conduct**
Management reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who are intoxicated or
inappropriately dressed.
We expect guests to maintain a respectful atmosphere. Loud or disruptive behavior will not
be tolerated.
**Outside Food and Beverages**
In the interest of health and safety, no outside food or beverages are permitted. If you have a
situation or specific dietary needs or perishable items, please make prior arrangements.
**Group (9 or More)**
– For a group of 9 or more, please call ahead at 469.559.3559 to check availability. This is not
a reservation confirmation, but we will do our best to assist you in getting seated.
