Reservation POLICY
We strive to create a seamless dining experience for all of our guests. Please take a moment
to review the following reservation policies:
Reservations
- Reservations are available. Please call 469.559.3559 to check availability.
- A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required to secure a reservation.
- Requests made with less than 3 hours’ notice will be placed on the waitlist and accommodated based on availability.
- To ensure prompt seating, all members of your party must be present before being seated.
- If a waitlist is active:
- A 10-minute grace period will be provided once your table is ready.
- After this time, the table may be offered to the next waiting party.
- Each party is required to designate one host for the waitlist.
- All communication and updates will be directed only to the designated host.
- During peak hours, tables are reserved for up to 90 minutes to accommodate all guests fairly.
- Tables are configured for 2, 4, or 6 guests.
- We will make every effort to seat your party together or at adjacent tables.
- If availability does not allow, your party may need to be seated separately.
- Please note:
- Combining or rearranging tables is not permitted.
- Even-numbered group sizes are recommended for smoother seating.
Gratuity & Large Party Policy
- A 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to parties of 5 or more.
- During busy periods:
- A minimum table spend requirement may apply.
- Table layouts and seating arrangements cannot be modified.
- The same card cannot be used for multiple transactions.
- Strollers are not permitted inside the restaurant.
- Guests are kindly asked to make prior arrangements before arrival.
- While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted due to health and safety regulations.
- Guests with specific dietary needs or special circumstances are encouraged to contact us in advance.
- On select holidays and special occasions:
- Gratuity may be applied to all parties, regardless of size.
- Please confirm any applicable policies with our staff prior to your visit.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who are:
- Intoxicated, or
- Inappropriately dressed.
- Guests are expected to maintain a respectful and comfortable environment.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
