• General Program Policy

➤ Participation in the Delhi6 Rewards Program is subject to management approval and discretion at all times.

➤ Delhi6 Indian Kitchen & Bar reserves the right to modify, suspend, refuse, revoke, or terminate rewards points, accounts, offers, benefits, or the entire rewards program at any time without prior notice.

➤ All management decisions regarding rewards eligibility, point adjustments, disputes, and redemptions are final.

• Earning Points

➤ Rewards points may only be earned on qualifying purchases made directly through approved Delhi6 channels.

➤ Points may not be earned on:
   • Catering orders
   • Private events or banquet services
   • Large parties or group reservations
   • Third-party delivery platforms
   • Discounted, promotional, or excluded transactions determined by management

➤ Customers are responsible for using the correct rewards account at the time of purchase. Retroactive points are not guaranteed.

• Missing Points & Adjustments

➤ Requests for missing points must include valid proof of purchase and are subject to management review and approval.

➤ Delhi6 reserves the right to deny any request for point additions, adjustments, or corrections at its sole discretion.

• Rewards Redemption Policy

➤ Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for:
   • Cash
   • Refunds or partial refunds
   • Credits
   • Exchanges
   • Tips or gratuity
   • Any monetary compensation

➤ Rewards may not be transferred, sold, shared, duplicated, or combined with certain promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.

• Employee & Misuse Policy

➤ Employees, staff members, contractors, management, and related parties of Delhi6 are not eligible to participate in the rewards program unless specifically authorized by ownership or management.

➤ Delhi6 reserves the right to remove accounts or refuse participation due to:
   • Fraudulent activity
   • Duplicate or fake accounts
   • Abuse or manipulation of the rewards system
   • Excessive compensation claims
   • Unauthorized employee participation
   • Inappropriate behavior toward staff
   • Any activity deemed harmful to the business or program integrity

• Technical & Liability Disclaimer

➤ Delhi6 is not responsible for technical errors, app outages, connectivity issues, system failures, delayed updates, or lost rewards caused by software or network issues.

➤ Participation in the rewards program constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates or modifications made by Delhi6 Indian Kitchen & Bar.
